Mickleover have been in the transfer market again during the last couple of weeks, making two signings.
Striker Marvellous Onanbirekhanlen is a former Walsall junior that comes to us on a dual registration from Rushall Olympic, while midfielder Charlie Knowles has come on a similar arrangement from Redditch, after he was released by Huddersfield Town during the summer.
“Having spoken to the gaffer I liked the environment here at Mickleover and felt there could be more opportunity to further my career,” said Onanbirekhanlen.
“I am local from Little Eaton and trained here in pre-season. It suits me and hope it helps in my career too,” Knowles added.
Both players made their debuts as second half substitutes last Saturday in the FA Trophy win over Malvern Town.
