Kane is a versatile wide striker signed from Rugby Borough for the start of the new season.

He started his career at Mickleover as an eight year old, before being signed up by at Derby County. After a loan spell at Matlock Town, joined Ilkeston following his release in 2013.

His next stop was Chester City, which included loan at Gainsborough, before moving on to Dover Athletic. He played for Telford and Kidderminster too before having his first spell at Basford. After further moves to Nuneaton and Kettering, he rejoined Basford in February 2024, staying a year before moving to Barwell and finally Rugby Borough last February.
