20 year old central midfielder Will Smith has joined Mickleover on a months loan from Stoke City, subject to NPL, EFL and FA approval.
He has made two appearances in this years EFL Cup, having come through the clubs Academy, Under 18’s and Under 21’s.

Goalkeeper Oliver Bosworth has left Mickleover and made his debut for Coventry Phoenix yesterday.
Bos returned to the Don Amott Arena at the start of this season, having originally left in 2024 after losing his place to Yusuf Mersin following an injury.
He was first choice again for the early part of this season, before falling out favour. Everyone at Mickleover wish him well on is new move and future career.
Mickleover have signed defender Danny Gordon from Anstey Nomads. He joined Nomads in pre-season after he had been at Corby Town for three years.
He has also played for Loughborough Dynamo and Belper Town.
18 year old striker Michael Ihiedi has also joined Mickleover, after graduated through the academy at Isthmian League Cray Wanderers, to making his senior debut last season.
He has also played for Corinthian in the Southern Counties League and is currently studying in Derby. He was an unused substitute in Tuesday’s Derbyshire Senior Cup defeat.

Midfielder Ross Derham has returned to Alfreton Town following his loan spell at the Don Amott Arena.
He made the first of his five starts back in December against Coventry Sphinx and his last was as a late substitute in last weekends win at home to Basford.
Everyone at Mickleover would like to tank Ross for his contribution and wish him well in his future career.

Midfielder Cieron Keane has returned to the Don Amott Arena, from Long Eaton Utd and signed just in time to make his debut in last Saturday’s 3-1 win over Basford.
Keane came to Mickleover originally in September 2024 and scored within two minutes of his debut in the FA Cup win over Coleshill Town.
He started this season at Quorn Town, but his return is a welcome addition to the Mickleover squad.

WE can confirm that strikers Manni Norkett and Josiah Dyer will be staying at the Don Amott Arena to the end of the season.
Dyer, on loan from Peterborough Sports has scored six goals so far, while Boston Utd loanee Norkett has three under his belt.

MICKLEOVER have re-signed former Sheffield Wednesday Under 23 captain Josh Ashman on a further months loan from Bradford Park Avenue, and he goes straight into the squad for Saturday’s game at Anstey Nomads.
As well as his earlier spell at Mickleover, he has previously been loaned to Guiseley and spent three months at Matlock Town last season.
